L’oggetto è realizzato in vetroresina con laminazione manuale a tre strati di fibra di vetro e resina poliestere con rinforzi sugli attacchi. Il prodotto ha una finitura gelcoat bianco da forare e pronto per la verniciatura. Nel kit sono presenti staffe serrattura e buloneria necessari per il montaggio e base sella.
